The Metal one is more durable but you can hold the slingshot in angle close to vertical. It is not recommended for shooting fishing arrow, because there is a stopper at the end of the arrow.
The plastic one allows you shoot at more wide angle and it is better choice for shooting fishing arrow.
It is compatible with our wrist bracket slingshot and most of other 4 holes (two per each side) bead ball slingshot.
