After having paid one or more orders successfully, you will be rewarded with some points automatically. With these points, you can immediately redeem them to get freebies or keep them for discounting future purchases. Take below points into account please.
The additional order for redeeming points for freebies must be placed with 12 hours (in same store you placed the order)after your last successful currency payment.
Put only products in same freebie category (BY China Warehouse or Spain Warehouse) to checkout with your points.
The number of additional orders is based on the amount of your currency order. Refer to below
- More than 5 US$(excluding shipping) but Less than 50 US$(including shipping), only one order
- 50 to 100 US$, two orders
- 100 to 150 US$,3 orders
- and so on
And each order is set with a maximum quantity of 15 items. You will be notified when you put a quantity higher than allowed.
Some product can only be exchanged as freebie with a limited quantity. Pay attention to text below the button “Add to Cart”. if limit is exceeded, we will follow the limit and the redeemed points will not be refunded.
In some special cases listed below, we accept your dedicated order for requesting freebies. And we will ship it from our China warehouse ASAP.
Case 1: You have posted a product review at any social platform or website.
- You have to leave your historic order number and the link of your product review in the additional note during checkout for our verification
- Maximum 2 orders (at one time) are allowed in a continuous 30 days for this case
Case 2: You created high quality post at our site with your own language, you can contact us for changing your role to author.
- In this case we will contact you with appreciation and gift you with points!
Case 3: our site adopted your published texts and pictures (in case of not being able to contact with you or reaching the originator)
Case 4: Festival promotion or other kind of promotion
- You have to leave some code or message according the promotion instruction
Case 5: you reported a site bug
- After we verify the site bug your reported through contact form.
