For this slingshot pouch die, the best quality blade will be used to make this die. The blade is around 5 to 6mm above the board.

The holes can only be made in shape of round with diameter 3mm, 3.5mm,4mm etc. (increasing by 0.5mm).

If you choose to upload your own drawing to customize, we will send you a detail drawing to confirm before finally making it.

If you choose S series pouch, please be kindly advised the small holes (between center holes and band holes, for example S29,S47 S120 etc.) will be ignored. These drawing are used for laser cut machine. But in principle we can make pouch die as most of them.

The nylon pad for hammer has a size of 50 x 120 mm, thickness 10 mm. Its hardness is appropriate to protect the blade of the die.

We can also customize any shape you need, even it is not for slingshot pouch!

If you buy more than 2 die (knives) at one time, we will put them in same board with a maximum 4 pieces with a gap of 3 or 4 mm. (Refer to the second picture please)

With this slingshot pouch die, you can cut your own pouch with much more efficiency, much more consistence than cut by knifes or scissors. You can use your own favorite leather to keep your shooting accuracy. All of us know it will take time to adapt to new fork, bands and pouches.

We can also customize any specific shape you need, providing that you upload a drawing/sketch or specify a link.

Please bear in mind that it takes us normally 3 working days to fabricate it.

Tips:In order to apply the force uniformly, It is always necessary to use a hard plastic or wooden board to cover the die side. It is advised to use bench vice to apply stress to cut the pouch clearly. Using a hammer to punch it may shorten the service time of the blade if you are enough skillful.
